Aftissat II Wind Farm
Installation of the 200 MW Aftissat II wind farm: 40 GE turbines, with nine months of port operations in Laayoune.
SOMALEV installed 40 GE wind turbines of 5.3 MW, with a 120.9 m hub height and a 158 m rotor diameter, south of Boujdour.
For nearly nine months, our teams also discharged the turbine components at the port of Laayoune and loaded them onto convoys bound for the wind farm, then handled offloading on site.
